Yeah I've seen that one before, well not that video, but the gun firing.

What's even more interesting is how the bullets actually work. I'm pretty sure they are electronically propelled and use no gunpowder.

Not quite. That is one of Metal Storm's Area Denial Weapons. They have all kinds of new toys. Check them out at www.metalstorm.com

They are fired electronically but they use caseless ammo. Their 40mm system is really awesome.
