How Well Will the G30 Handle +P and +P+ Ammo?

The last post I put on here had very little response, so I've taken the question and morphed it a bit into several different questions.

Just how well will the G30 handle +P and +P+ pressures? When I cycle some of the ammo through the gun, what should I expect while shooting and when cleaning?

Which are the best loads? The Remington GS is a good load (as per my last post), but while in the field, could +P or +P+ make my gun into a useful side arm against possible dangerous foes?

Glock 30 will handle +P just fine. No such thing as +P+ in a .45 ACP.

What to expect when shooting +P? A bit more recoil.

Some people don't think you need +P ammo in the .45 ACP. I carry it in mine when I have the right ammo available.

I use +P ammo in mine with no problem.

GLOCKN8OR- I use Golddot 200gr +P in my 30 and love them. They dont have more noticed recoil and I can shoot them very well. They are not dirtier than win white box. They have great penatraion, I dont have stats but do a search and Im sure you will find tons of stuff.

In my G30 I carry Fed 230 Gr. HST which is +P rated. Before switching to HST, I carried WW 230 Gr. +P Ranger T.
I practice with my carry loads and I've never had a problem with either round.

With a recoil spring upgrade to 21 pounds or so, the G30 can handle even the mighty .45 Super (which is like +p+ .45, with thicker brass). I always use a 21# spring in my G30. Functions fine with everything from Blazer 230gr to DT 185gr to .45 Super...
