Got to fondle a P45 yesterday.Addictions are a terrible thing-I didn't buy it due to the price,but now all I can think about is how I'm going to set up my new one once I order it and it arrives,looks like it'll replace my K40 as #1 in the rotation if it shoots well...

They had it at $619,plus the $10 background,I wanted to give my favorite FFL a chance to beat it.They usually charge me $10 if I do all the legwork,and $20 if they order it.If the P45 is priced like all the other Kahrs,I'm probably looking at around $550-$575 OTD.

What shop in Oregon were you at? I may be in the market for one soon. I am movin' back to Oregon in November after retirin' from the Air Force.

Well,I saw it at a gun show,the shop that had it at the show for $619 was Philomath Gun Shop.I was right in the ballpark as far as my cost locally,$517.95 for the gun,plus $20 for the FFL transaction,plus $10 background check fee,plus what ever shipping is going to be($15-$20),puts it around $560 or so...That's at Roseburg Gun Shop in Roseburg...

Cool. Roseburg area is where I'm movin' to. My kids just started school in Sutherlin this year.
