Here is a pic of my new 17L. Shoots sub 2 inch groups at 25 yards off of a sandbag. ;a

At least the knife is pretty...joking :-)...I just got one this week, also. I'm still not good enough to shoot 2" groups at 7yds, though. It's my first full size Glock (own comp & sub) so I probably need to get used to the grip. Congrats.

If you can afford it, go with the 20L.

Thanks LaSouthpaw. The knife is a Model 2 made by Walter Brend.

Nice.

Hey Brend, does that thing have ports on it like the 34? Or whatever they are called, if they are not really "ports" in the traditional sense.

jlh2600 - The 17L does have a cutout on the top of the slide to reduce weight. The barrel is not compensated or ported, however. If you are interested in getting a compensated longslide, you might be able to pick up a 24C, in .40 S&W, if they are still available.
