View Full Version : Chamber support on G30
Thinking about purchasing a G-30. The only thing holding me back is, is the chamber fully supported on the Glock 45's? I know it is not that big of a deal since 45 ACP is not a high pressure round. IIRC Glock fixed the problem with the 40 S&W models by going with a fully supported chamber.
Thanks for any help.

I do not think glock switched to fully supported chamber for the 0.40.
As for the glock 30, it's not fully supported. It's almost like the .40 glock. The positive side to it is that you don't have to be selective with your ammo.
Thanks for the info. Just waiting for my local gunshop to open up down here so I can go handle the G30 and compare it to the USP Compact 45.
Get the G30 over the USP! I have the USP 45 full size and shoot the G30 better and more like it more.

lets see compared to size you have the battleship = usp and frigate = g30
thats comparing apples and oranges
Looked at the G30 and USP Compact. I cme home with the 30. Can't beat the size and capacity of this gun. 10 rds of 45 compared to the usp's 8.
Very wise choice grasshopper! You will not regret it, the G30 is stellar!!
