Hmm this might be my easiest way to join the AR club here without much pay, IF I win. What's your thoughts on this brand? And what about the stripped recievers? Good brands? I haven't really heard much about Superior Arms so yeah...

A free rifle's a free rifle, ya know?
I've never heard of the brand before, and I thought I was pretty knowledgable on AR's...
However, from what I read on the details page, it sounds decent enough. If it is mil-spec, then, well, it's kinda hard to have a junker. Then again, ASA (American Spirit Arms Corp.) is about as f'ed up as a football bat, but that's beside the point.
Search ARF.com and see if you can find anything one way or the other about them; if there's any info on it, I'm pretty sure it can be found there...
Anyway, again, a free rifle's a free rifle. Another AR in the safe would never hurt, ya know? ;f

I've heard good things about Superior lowers, but I don't know about the rest of the gun. At any rate, if you won, I guess you find out... and if by chance it's no good, well, you can sell the upper or something (or the whole gun) and use the money to supplement your AR purchase.
It's all good, I'd bet it's a decent gun.

Free is better than nothing!! Can't disagree with that. Just curious about the quality/performance/reputation of it. I wouldn't mind having it!!
Thx for link.
