Aimpoint quick release?

Hello all! I have just ordered an Aimpoint Comp M2 and decided to go with the standard Army supplied aimpoint quick release mounting system with the spacer.Has anyone got pics of this mount on their rifle? If so,please post along with comments about this setup. Thanks in advance.

I don't have the Aimpoint QR mount on my AR, but do have one on my FAL only because I have not had a chance to replace it yet.

IMHO, it is a sub-par mount. The knob is huge and I don't like the way it mounts. Yes, it is nice because it doesn't over-tighten, but I just don't find it as good as my two ARMS mounts -- #22M68.

See if you can sell your mount and then replace it. I've read very good comments about the LaRue, but I swear by the ARMS stuff.
