I've not had any luck on AR15.com with feedback on ammo choice.....so I am going to see what you guys think. What types of ammo do you gentlemen recommend for an M4 with a 1/7 twist barrel? I'm looking for average range ammo to shoot, as well as some home defense ammo. What grain or grains should I stick with,or stay away from, with the 1/7 twist barrel? I really appreciate any feedback or recommendations.
