Free Techno maker?

I was wondering if any of you know of a free techno maker or composer. I would like to make a few songs. All I have been able to find is hammerhead Beatbox, though it is just a beatbox and i can't created anything more than a short loop.

If you could please provide a link i would appreciate it.
