Talk me Into Another AR!

I'm looking for another AR, and I just cannot decide which way to go. I have the following ARs already:

1. Colt HBAR w/ 16" Heavy Barrel
2. Colt HBAR w/ 24" Heavy Barrel
3. DPMS Long Range .308 w/ 18" Heavy Barrel

What do I need next? I want something different, but accuracy is important to me (reliability is equally important). If it cannot shoot 1.5 MOA, I'm probably not interested and above 2MOA definitely not interested.

I like the looks of a Colt 6920 and I don't have a lightweight gun. I'd love to get a 7.62 x 39, but I haven't seen many positive reviews of those (reliability wise). I've considered the 50 Beowolf, which looks interesting, but I don't know how accurate it is (expensive to shoot, too, no doubt).

Help me out. What do I need in my collection next? Thanks for the input.

How about a fluted bbl with a rail and a tele-stock. Somethin really ballistic operator tactical. The fluted bbl should fill your MOA req's. Heck, I think virtually anything outta Bushy or Colt or the like will be able to handle your req's.

Or blow your entire piggybank and check out the guy that "makes" carbon-fiber bbls on AR15.com. Guy turns down a regular AR bbl, then backfills with carbon fiber. Fraction of hte weight of a HBAR with all the strength and superior cooling, according to him. $600. FOR THE BBL ALONE!

I'd give a non-Colt a whirl.

most of what you are heavy barrel stuff, an M4gery may be for you....short,light, quick handling, handy.

Yes, that or, build a 9mm SBR!

Buy a Stag Arms stripped lower for $90. File a Form 1 to register it as an SBR. Put the stripped lower in your safe and forget about her until you get your stamp. :)

Another suggestion, in line with your other Colts, would be to buy and build-up a gun with one of the surplus Colt 20" SP-1 uppers with the old-school triangle handguards and lightweight barrel. It would fill that middle-length "hole" in your collection with style. :)
