Why does no one consider the K9 a pocket gun. I have carried a G27 in my shorts pocket with no problem. The K9 is smaller and the weight should be the same.

If it'll make you feel better, I kept my Wilson K40 in my PM40's Uncle Mikes #3 Pocket Holster in my front pocket while my PM40 was in the shop. I didn't want to ruin the K40 so I bought an H&K P2000 to carry in the meantime.
So yeah, I can see it as pocket gun.

Actually they're almost the same. My K40 (I did a thread on it last month) is a Wilson Customs job. Kahr only put out 100 of these with the custom Jobs. So I want to keep it out of harms way. The Blue book on it is $1199.

It shoots Great. I love it, It's the same dimensions as my HKP2000sk just a tad thinner in the slide and a bit heavier. My HK is lighter than the K40 with more (10) rounds.
Here's a pic.

Thank You! Yes the H&K is in .40. I really love it!!! It's a smooth shooter, recoil feels like a 9mm to me. I like it 10 times better than my old Glock 27.
I have a PM40, and on the message boards, everyone says ".40 in the PM frame is too much, it kicks hard, can't shoot it more than 1-2 magazines cause it hurts my hand". When I shot it, I thought to myself, this thing is awesome, recoil is manageable, follow ups and double taps are simple and accurate it's like a little cannon! What are these guys talking about?
Then I shot my HK. Geeze, I am definately spoiled. I need to go back to shooting the PM40 so I don't get too used to the HK's recoil and sound like the other guys. If I shoot the PM40 first and then switch to the P2000, the PM40 makes my HK feel like a .380. Don't get me wrong, I love my PM40, and it's a great gun, I won't ever get rid of it and it's so concealable.
