I have a Glock 32. With my 4 factory magazines, about 80% of the time the slide will not stay back after the last round is fired. I know I am not thumbing the slide release accidently because the same thing will happen if you manually pull back the slide with an empty magazine. I tried a Glock 23 magazine and the slide will stay locked back if I cycle the slide manually. BTW, the Glock 32 magazine followers are numbered with a "1" and I think this is the most current follower. I disassembled the .357 and the .40 mags and the followers look identical, but...the .40 cal follower is a little taller causing it to push up the slide release lever better than the .357 follower. All 4 .357 mags have this "shorter" follower. I have heard that the G32 and G23 mags are identical, but mine are not. Anybody know if:
1. There is a more recent .357 follower than the number 1?
2. Whether the .357 and the .40 magazines are supposed to be exactly identical?
I would prefer to have mags labeled for the .357 that work. Thanks. Dean
