What twist rate for subsonic ammo/ also reloading for subsonic

I am considering building an AR SBR in the range of 7-11" bbl length in .223. I am also considering a suppressor in the future(part of the reason for going SBR, to still be compact with suppressor).

Question one is, would I want to go with a different twist rate due to the heavier bullet of subsonic ammo?

Questions two is does anyone have any luck with handloading .223 at subsonic speeds?
If I cannot reload for it, I think it would be impracticle and may not even go the short barreled route.

If you want subsonic .223, build a .22 upper. The cost of even reloading the ammo is more than just using .22LR

Putting a can on a 7" .223 bbl and shooting .223, is a great way for a baffle strike.

I have an AR and Ciener conversion unit and a 22lr suppressor. It is fun to shoot and cheap.

If you don't want to shoot full power 223, then go with the 22lr suppressor, it is cheeper.
