Now i'm not sure if it was because I was at an indoor range or its the ammo or mabye it was darker, but my brand new Glock 36 has the biggest ball of flame "about a basket ball size" when its shot. Such a fun little gun. I am so glad I bought the 36. It went about 100 rds with no failers. But after my brother picked it up, I think it was the second, mabye even first mag he tried he kept getting jams. So than I tried it, shot the rest of the mag fine. Than put in another, and shot a few rds and it failed to eject. I'm not too worried about it though. Its shot less than 200 rds through it so far. Its a brand new gun that needs to be broken in still. The gun recoiled way less than from what I have been hearing from people on this forum and others. It was kinda like my G17 but just felt a tad bit more powerfull  When the weekend comes again i'll be very happy to shoot my new glock again. This one is a keeper. Although all my guns are, but ya. ;b

What ammo were you using?

It seemed to have lots of flash with all the ammo I fed it.
Remington UMC 230g MC 50rds
WWB 230g FMJ 50rds
CCI Blazer Brass 230g FMJ 50rds
WWB 230g JHP 50rds
All ammo worked well. I just wish I would have looked to see which ammo I had the jams with. It might have been only one brand but I dont know now. ^2 Oh well... I'll just have to do another test this weekend ;f

My G36 needed to get a thousand rounds through it or so before it got to be dead reliable. Now it's fun to watch my friends with "other" guns fuss with them and clear jams and missfires, while I steadily plink...

I havent had the time to shoot mine again :( But when I do i'm just gunna blast away and not even care about being accurate. First and foremost it needs to be reliable. I have a lot of 45acp ammo now so breaking in the first 1000 rds wont be a problem.
