G30 to G21

I am thinking of trading my G30 for a G21 with night sights. The 30 is a great gun, but I do not carry it concealed and I like the longer grip on the G21. The G30 is about new has only fired 100 or so rounds. I am trading to a dealer who has the G21 with night sights (used but in new condition) for sale at $531.00. What is a fair trade in for my G30? I have a G30 (which I carry) but have been wanting a G21.

I stopped at my favorite local gun shop yesterday and found that he just got in a like new (I mean it looks brand spanking new!) G21 with factory night sights and all accessories. It was $106 less than a new one. Sooo... I had to buy it.

Seriously I'd try to sell it to someone outright. You'll get screwed over on trading it in since it's so new. Around here a G30 would probably fetch $300 in a trade.

Hello jimmyp I just picked up my new G21 with the od frame and high cap mags for $579.00 just to give you an idea.

That's about what you would get in my neck of the woods on trade, personally I would sell it outright and increase your profit by $150.00 verses trading.

Maybe too late, but why not get 21 mags and put the sleeves over them. $9 a piece for the sleeves. Full size feel, not much more money.

CDNN, I am going to have to get a 21 to compliment my 30 now. $369 is a great price and it comes with night sights.
