is it legal to bring out tritium sights out of the country (US) or Canada? Do you have to declare it? will airport security find out if you dont tell them? thanks

I believe they are exempt from laws governing nuclear material. I bet you could call or e-mail Trijicon to get a real answer.
Non-issue; there is less material in a set of night sights than most luminous watch hands.

Probably not to take them out, but may be taking them into another country. What country would you be taking them to? Customs in less friendly countries may have laws against it.
Best to check the laws of the country you plan to take them into.

Alas in many countries with strict victim disarmament laws, it would be very material.
