Good news and bad news

The good news is that I am the owner of a new Glock pistol. The bad news for this club is that is not a 19. I held the 19 first, but my fingers felt all bunched up and it was not a good fit. I then held a 17 and it felt awesome. If concealment was an issue I would have felt compelled to buy the 19, but this will be a range gun primarily. Thanks to everyone that offered advise.

If you ever have a chance to feel a second gen, do it. I can't stand the 3rd gen 19's. I'm 6'4 and my hands are half-sasquatch. Anyhow, the older 19s were much more comfy for me.
