I went to a friend's gun shop today after work, and just because they had one of each of them in the case, i decided to ask to see a G21 and a G37 So I could compare them side by side. And even though it was a little big in my hand, I liked the feel of the G21 better. The G37 grip felt too small. Same reason I don't like the G36. I also handled a G23 again, and it just happens to fit my hand perfect. Tomorrow My dad and I are taking a Utah Non Resident Concealed Handgun Class at DFW Gun Range and after the class I'm going to rent a G21 and a G30 to shoot.

Never fired the G37 but I do like the G21. I think the G21 and G30 will serve you well in the class. Good luck and have fun!

Well actually, since Utah has no shooting requirement, I rented them AFTER the class. I also shot my Ruger P90, which works now, my Rock Island 1911, which works now, and my Ruger P85MKII which was a jam-o-matic today. Jammed Almost every shot. About 85% of the time or more. I just put Wolff extra power recoil springs in each of them. It fixed the two .45's but it, as you can tell, didn't fix the 9MM. I liked the G21 and G30. I liked the G21 better. It's more controllable and accurate due to the longer barrel and grip and due to the extra weight Compared to the G30. The G30 had a real stout recoil, but I still shot well with it. I plan on getting a G30 for concealed carry soon. My dad and I passed the class. A retarded monkey could have passed it. They did advertise www.packing.org a little bit. The instructor named off the states we can carry in, and my dad told me to write them down, but I reminded him that already had them written down here at home.

First thing CG, you're just about famous on here for that G20/G21L, and you're the reason I want one. Actually I just want the 21L. I'd actually like a GLOCK with the G30 grip and the G21 size barrel and slide (There's gotta be a way to do this.). Second, I shot real well with the G23 I got to shoot a month or so ago. And like I said, it fits my hand perfect, but I'm a .45 ACP man (Although IF I HAD a .40 S&W I would have no reservations about carrying it.), and don't want to add another caliber to my gun cabinet right now.
