NFA transfer questions

After reading the FAQs I see how the process works but I have three questions:

1) How do I find a Class III dealer in my local area to handle the transfer to me?

2) Do they charge a fee also to do the transfer?

3) Best place to buy a GemTech Outback II?

1. Tell people on here and other subgun boards where you are from and ask them to recommend a dealer OR go to subguns.com recommended dealers list:

2. Yes, they do. Anything over $50 per transfer is too high, in my opinion.

You could ask in the NFA section on sturmgewehr.com or subguns.com. That always seems to get a response. Or perhaps Henry can refer you to someone.
