Hey folks,

Just a thought......I thought this would be neat.

I have access to some embroidery expertise and was working on a design for a "Club Patch" for us.

If there is enough interest, or any interest, I could get my friend to make us some. Thinking simple, and thinking cheap, I am trying to put something together that would cost about $5/patch. (approx size 5" or 6").

If anybody has a different design in mind or would like to work on one, please let me know.

We could be the FIRST GT Club to have our own club patch!

Please let me know if you are even slightly interested. I need to figure out quantities. These would be sold at COST (plus a small S&H) as I am not thinking about any new career here. Feedback on this existing example would be appreciated.

I'd be down for a couple. It'd be great if "we" could donate a dollar from the sale of each patch to glocktalk. Just a thought.

Find out how much they actually cost, and add an extra 2 dollars. 1 for glocktalk, and 1 to some type of charity. Maybe it would get glocktalk a little recognition for a good cause.

I have been working with a couple of patch vendors, but have dropped the your desire to have individual member numbers added. It's just too much added expense and a bookkeeping nightmare.

I'll have a better idea in a week, after I get another couple quotes back.

Any news on the patches? I just put another 500 rounds throgh my 19 and the love/lust is just getting stronger. Oh and DOUBLETAP ROCKS, sorry, just had to say that, the guys at the range were like ;P WTF was that. I put 2 mags of WWB through it then switched to the DT, at an indoor range like the one i go to, you can definetly hear and feel the difference.
