Who has nice K31s availble for sale

I would like a nice K31 in as good condition as possible (metal and bore).

Where should I look?

i got one the other day at military gun supply. they had several. the wood was in fair shape, but the metal was in great shape. all had good bores, plenty of finish.

I got mine at Big 5 for 79.00. Metal was pretty good, bore was excellent, wood was a little rough.

I had good luck with www.classicarms.us , don't know if they still have em. Might try www.aimsurplus.com , for a good one pay the extra $10 for handpick and walnut. Also I believe SOG www.southernohiogun.com and www.jgsales.com still have em for around $85. If you just got your C&R license, mail a copy to www.centuryarms.com to get put on their dealer list, Century pretty much imports all of the current milsurp firearms that are available. Got in on a great deal for 5 K31's about two months ago. Definetly get at least one K31, supposedly there are no more to import.

If you just got your C&R or like old guns smothered in cosmoline surf on over to www.surplusrifle.com , this is a terrific site for all things milsurp. BTW if your gonna get a K31 it WILL 98.7% of the time have a bad stock. Nothing wrong with that, you'll learn the art of restoring a gunstock back to it's original beauty, these stocks are usually quite serviceable and the threads at surplusrifle will help you along greatly. :)
