I had a little problem with my P89 that Ruger volunteered to fix under warranty. I sent it to them in Arizona...and had it back via UPS overnight in a week. I thought it would take at least 2-3 weeks. Thanks Ruger!

I had a problem with a box magazine on a Ruger Rifle...they paid for shipping both ways and got it back to me in less than ten days. One of the best in my experience.
