Just wanted to post a quick tidbit. We had our annual qualification yesterday. I carry a P2K on duty and a P2K SK off duty. We probably fired 250-300 rounds with each weapon for the day. The other officers from other departments who were there had Ruger, Beretta, and Smith. All jammed at one point. Did the HK P2K? NEVER. I am telling you, as an LEO, you cannot beat the reliability of an HK. PERIOD. Espicially during the speed firing and move/shoot drills. If you are on the fence between HK and another weapon, stop thinking and get an HK.

You qualify once a year? Wow. We qualify at least 3 times a year, sometimes 4.

Great report. My agency does the once a year re-qualification also.
I consider range reports on what type of gun to buy.

I just switched to a department that carries H&K's. Actually qualified today. Gun was H&K USP 45C, and it was 100% no problems. Loved the gun, and my department also qualifies once a year, but we do firearms senerio training about 4 times a year.;a
