Ten Double M

I recently picked up some G20 full-cap. 15-rnd mags from a local dealer. I expected them to be brand-new & factory sealed. But the dealer told me now he gets 'em out of the usual plastic Glock bags from his supplier. I thought that was unusual, but they looked new, and he gave me a good price.
I already searched the topic on how to determine pre-ban from post-ban and they appear to be post-ban (higher positioned cal. listing w/tapered top design), but they don't have any numbers on the floor plate of the mags like my post-ban 10 rnders (my post-ban 10 rnders had the # 3941 on the floor plate). I've heard rumors of tampered mags. Are knock-offs a problem too? Should I be concerned w/foul play?
Fellow G20er
