Feed Ramp Question

Does anybody else out there have tiny nicks on the edge of their feed ramp? I have a tiny dent/nick on the feed ramp of my USP40, but it doesn't seem to have much of an effect on the function of my pistol. Is this common?

I work for a small CA agency and of the thirty five units we have in service none have any nicks in the feed ramp. I have to admit, Glocks take alot of abuse and keep going.
