I'm looking for range holster for a G34/35. Primarly I'm looking for OWB, Kydex, and I want the full length of the barrel to be covered and not sticking out. I'm pretty sure I want a belt holster, but I may consider a drop-leg. I was wondering what everyone else is using, and how they like it?

Some of the ones I've been looking at are:
- Safariland
- Sidearmor
- Blade-tech
- Comp-tac

Any personal experience/preference is appreciated.

I bought one from a guy here in CT Tactical Kydex Weaponry.
doug.drager@snet.net 59.99 just as good as the rest....
I am averaging .81 from this holster... Awsome product.

I use three Blade-Tech holsters with my Glock 34.

One is a belt holster with fixed loops, straight up and down belt hang in tactical black.
I use this holster for IDPA shoots.

One is the same belt type holster but with the addition of a 'Tec-Lock' attachment that can be adjusted to position the gun straight up and down, FBI forward cant or rear cant/crossdraw.
This is my general use/range holster.

Third holster is a thigh rig designed to carry the gun with a Streamlight M3 flashlight attached.
I have the optional quick detach hanger installed and the holster is in the brighter Stealth black color.
This is my tactical application holster.

All three fully cover the barrel/slide assembly and allow plenty of access for speed draw yet are tensioned to keep the guns in place to strenuous physical activity.
The thigh rig also incorporates a thumbsnap for added security.

I carry and use two double magazine pouches with the 'tec-lock' belt attachments with all three holsters.

I use a Comp-Tac paddle (vertical) for my G34 and I love it.
