I came across the HK416 (http://www.defensereview.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=753) and M468 (http://www.military.com/soldiertech/0,14632,Soldiertech_M468,,00.html), which seem like pretty cool variants of the existing AR.
What other cool variants exist or are being developed that leverage the AR design?
