I've been wanting one of these for quite some time and I was wondering are there any HK MP5SD's that are pre`86 transferrable?

I don't know if there are any true factory HK MP5SDs in the US. If there were, they'd have to have been imported prior to 1968. There's supposedly a few factory MP5s in the US, I just don't think they're SDs.
However, it is possible to buy a semi-auto HK 94 that was converted to a full-auto suppressed gun prior to 1986 by a C2. Technically, it's not an MP5SD, but it's going to be as close as you'll get. And it'll run you ~$14k, like r2kba said.
