g33 VS. g27

I AM GETTING READY TO BUY ONE OR THE OTHER... WHICH ONE WOULD YOU HAVE AND WHY????


is one TRULY MORE powerful than the other or are they the same? i always thought the .40 was more powerful and one step below the .45.

regardless of which one you decide to buy, youre only a barrel purchase away from the other. i bought a g-33 and i am in love with it. i also got a great deal on a Glock 27 barrel from my dealer for only $50. I couldnt pass up 2 guns in 2 calibers with meps. for $530.

i spoke with a buddy of mine who is a police officer here in east tennessee and he claims that the glock .40 is the best police round BAR NONE!!! his duty weapon is the 22 i think or the 23 i cant remember... anyways, he sais the .357 is the faster bullet bc its lighter and has more gun powder behind it than the 9mm but the bullet is the same size, respectively.

he said the .40 is a bigger bullet so it has a little more knock down, is this true?

The G33 rocks. Either choice will be great, but i love my G33!!! I don't know much about "knock down", but i do know that the.357 sig is extremly fast, and accurate. Let me know what you decide.

I have a G33 because I shoot it better than the G27. While I give the .40 a slight edge in expansion the edge goes to the 357sig in penetration, especially through commonly encountered hard barriers. PGH~

Do a search on the 357. Ive read a number of reports here how the 357 is nasty on animals. Downing a living thing (vs Jello) gives a far better idea of what a bullet will do IMHO.
