At a gun show over the weekend, I saw a very nice Russian SKS (1951) that had an asking price of $300. Probably could have gotten it for $275 or so, out the door.
LAst one I sen sell was a mint1953 rehab. It went for $250,but started out at $350.
About right, do you best to hourse trade him down.
Wish I still had my Russian 1955 SKS. It was old as I! ;1 ;1 ;g ;4 ^2 :drool:
A few refurbs sold on Gunbroker today for $400+. I guess some guys have money to burn. I just bought a nice 52 Tula for $175.
