View Full Version : G19 in G26 Holster?
I've read in this forum that a G26 will fit into a G19 holster but not the opposite. When I put my G19 in my G26 Kydex holster it fits but is not tight (don't get the "click").
I wouldn't use it for CCW because getting into and out of the car, etc. would probably be a problem. However, I was thinking that until my Milt Sparks comes I could use the G26 holster for IDPA - but just be careful; it does cover the trigger.
Any advice?
Thanks,

From what I've seen, the G19 will fit G26 holsters that are open in the muzzle area, should be no sweat. I'm not sure about G26s in a G19 holster, like you said, it might be loose.

why don't you just get one built for a perfect G19 fit? this will definitely solve the problem. ;)

I was hoping the Milt Sparks that I ordered WOULD be a perfect fit. Did you have a different one in mind? Before the Milt Sparks arrives I was going to use the G26 holster; that's why I asked for comments.
Also, if there's a holster out there for under $20 that I could use while waiting for the Milt Sparks I'd be interested. In the meantime I'll just use my Kydex that I used for my G26.
