View Full Version : Century Arms?
I'm not sure but it looks like Century arms is the biggest dealer of C&R guns.
How come everyone here doesn't use them?
they are a big importer, most all the places like aim and sog get their stuff thru them.

Century doesn't sell to the average Joe. You have to have a FFL license or a C&R license to do business with them. They are by far the biggest importer in the nation. And they actually set their prices on their milsurp guns usually higher than the retailers like Aim and SOG sell for. Of course if you want to buy a 1000 rifles at a time they will offer you a good discount.;f
OK so it's cost.
I'm still sending a copy of my C&R into them so I can see the prices for myself.
I just was curious why.Now I know they are bulk dealers for the most part.

Yes, definetly send in a copy of your C&R to them. Normal items are not any cheaper than others, but they run specials every month. A couple of months ago it was 5 Turkish mausers for basically the price of two. I just bought a bunch of ammo from them today. Especially for the weight of ammo you can't beat their flat shipping. When you get your C&R license to them, give them a call and get a salesperson assigned to you and get on their Email list. This is where you'll find out about the good deals. BTW your not supposed to tell the general public what those special are or the price. ;f Needless to say, most of the prices on rifles at the gunshow downright revolt me now.
Century is the largest importer of surplus arms. I have been dealing with them for 20 years now and they have changed a bit in the last three or four years. Their prices are good at times and they have some good deals on ammo as was stated above. The thing with Century and the milsurp crowd is the popularity of the scene. Most stuff they get in is sent right back out to wholesalers without ever being listed. Right now the only thing I use them for is ammo and the occassional specail.
I've been dealing with Century for 16 years. They are the biggest surplus importer in the nation. Their "good" condition is everyone else's "fair to good". With the volume of weapons they import, they really don't have the time to grade them properly.
Being as big as they are, they are very slow to ship.
I pretty much buy my milsurps from Inter-Ordnance now. But Century is a great place to get ammo and accessaries cheap.
