If you order a new Gen3 G19 with night sights, what brand do they come with from the factory?

Ask before you buy. My G19 and G17 both came with Trijicons. I prefer Meps but since thay came this way. I'll keep them.

just my opinion but i will never order another glock with night sights
I had 7 glock 19's yes i did say 7 (i know i'm crazy ;f ) all with factory nights sights
All 7 front sights came loose within approx the first 1000 rds
Glock stakes in these sights instead of screwing them in and although they say they have fixed the staking process i still don't like the whole idea
Glock did take care of me when i had the problem
They sent me 7 complete sets of trijicons with the screw in front sights no questions asked except wanting the serial numbers
Now thats Customer service
Just buy them after you get the gun and install them yourself its not difficult or any gunsmith can do it for you

well, from the 2003 Glock catalog, they specified that they were Meprolights.

meps has recently been purchased by kimber i beleive, so they will defenitly be trijicons from here on out, which is fine by me, because i think they are better sights.
THE GLOCK NIGHT SIGHTS ARE ACTUALLY MANUFACTURED BY MEPROLIGHT AND THE TRITIUM DOTS ARE SIMILAR TO THE MEPROLIGHT, BUT THE HOUSING IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT. THE DOWNSIDE TO THE GLOCK NIGHT SIGHTS IS THE FRONT SIGHT. IT MUST BE CRIMPED ON. THIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NEED THE FRONT CRIMP ON TOOL OR AN ARMORER TO INSTALL THEM. IT ALSO NEEDS THE REAR SIGHT TOOL TO INSTALL THE REAR SIGHT. ANOTHER DOWNSIDE OF THE GLOCK NIGHT SIGHT IS THAT IF YOU WANT TO REMOVE THE FRONT SIGHT FOR ANY REASON, IT IS NO LONGER USABLE, DUE TO THE CRIMP INSTALLATION. YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER FRONT SIGHT AT ABOUT $35.00. THEY COME WITH A 10 YR. WARRANTY.
Sorry for the caps but I did not type it;)
Hey Scrappy - I have Meprolights on a G22 and am trying to move to my G32. I understand Mepro's have two styles of front sights? I screw in and some other type? How do you tell? On mine, there appears to be a six sided nut under the front sight, but hard to tell as it is so low to the inside of the slide, it may be some sort of press or crimp. Any ideas? Thoughts much appreciated...

That you have is screwed on. It is a very thin nut and you need the (3/16)I think thats the size, nut driver to remove it. Mep only makes screwed on front sights as far as I know. The ones from Glock are staked on sights with Meprolight inserts.
