My new installation of System Works 2006 started- after two weeks of working fine- to auto download a MS fix that I'd already installed. When I saw that, I clicked on 'Cancel' and the computer shut down with a blue-screen-of-death saying it had shut down to "protect the computer".
Nothing, NOTHING, would allow a start-up. Safe mode, etc., would not work..
I have dropped off the machine at the local computer hospital and am now using a back-up computer...
Ever see anything like this??
