Got a new Springfield GI on the way and I'm looking for a reproduction holster that fits the time frame (WW2). Canvas or leather I just want it to match the period look of the gun. Any suggestions on where to look?

Garcia Aviation has a few repros on their website. I purchased an M3 shoulder rig from them that is a dead ringer for a 1943 Enger Kress that I have. The only difference is the maker's mark is stamped "Engeer Kres". Aside from condition you can't tell it apart from my 1943 Boyt either. Don't know if you're looking for a shoulder rig or not. Might try ebay...

El Paso Saddlery makes the one they made during WW2, still, the basic leather flap holster, US Issue.
They also make the holsters they sold to General Patton. :)
