Yugo K98 extractor problem HELP

I returned the first gun because it would not hold a test case and fire the primer.
They sent me a new K98 that looks in better shape and would fire the test primer case.
BUT the extractor still would not grip the shell to remove it.
The extractor looks like a half moon with a ruff inner edge.To me it looks like the gun had many rounds slammed into the extractor till it broke.
Let me know if this extractor should look or act diffrent.And if I need a new one where to get one. Brownells only has a "cut to fit" and I don't know what one looks like to even try something like that.

A guy in town here that I do some ebay selling and research for makes those 'cut to fit' extractors ................and they are made for standard or custom caliber mauser actions. You would need to take your gun to a gunsmith and have one installed. It's a pretty easy job overall.
