Would the owner of G-19 with serial alpha prefix "HVF" please verify your serial number and born on date (cartridge collection date) and get back to me.

The serial number and date doesn't seem to be consistent with those close by in the sequence. In fact, it is the highest H series seen thus far and has been in the list for some time.

HAV - G-19 - April 2005
HAW - G-19 - April 2005 - 3rd Gen.
HFV - G-19 - June 2005 - 3rd Gen

HKL - G-19 - August 2005 - 3rd Gen. - NIB w/ 3 HC Mags, LCI, Picture Frame SN plate
HMH - G-19 - August 2005
HMK - G-19 - August/September 2005
HNL - G-19 - September 2005 - 3rd Gen.
HNN - G-19 - September 2005 - 3rd Gen.
HRG - G-19 - October 2005
HRH - G-19 - October 2005

This may be me, but since I can't find the original thread to look at my post, I'm not positive. My G19 is an HFV prefix with the case sample collected on 6/6/2005. I think I posted the July date because that's when I picked it up and I didn't think to check the case sample envelope at the time. If I mixed up the serial#, well then I must really be a dumbass.
