"The PPK/E has the same dimensions as the USA made PPK/S models but is only available in a high polished blued version. The PPK/E has one round more than the normal PPK due to the longer frame." It comes in .380 and .32
Later: Never mind the .32 is 8 round and the .380 is 7 round

Their question answered . But i still think they made some PPK series in Germany that used the Russian 9x18

might have been a prototype for the design and a few production models? After all, the 9mm Makarov is a fairly common round over there.
To the best of my knowledge the E models of the PPK/s were made in Turkey for Walther, when Walther stopped making them in Germany. They are very well made guns. Earl shipped some into the US a few years ago when he couldn't get the German guns new anymore.
walther did used to make a 9x18 caliber pistol back during the '70's. It was the PP super, and the ammo was called 9x18 ultra, however 9x18 mak is not compatable with guns that fire 9x18 ultra. If you do this the gun will eventually sustain a lot of damaging wear and tear and possibly even KB.
