I'm thinking that you want to get rid of the very small finger extention on the standard "flush" magazine...?
AFAIK there is not one like that offered. However, I wonder if you could achieve the same result be replacing the plasic base plate with the metal one that the MK9 magazines come with?
You'll need two pieces the base plate and the locking tab. Before you go down this path you may want to verify the amount of magazine that is exposed outside the grip when the existing base plate is removed, to see if just replacing the base plate is going to get you the length you want (nothing but a base plate showing)...
I tried switching trhe base plate for the MK 9 setup. The standard mag sticks out of the bottom of the grip about 1/4 inch. If anyone has / knows of a flush mag alternative, I'd be interested.

Sorry man, there isn't one... closest thing to it is the MK9/PM9 metal base-plate, which is as you noted.
