whats the deal with kahr aftermarket sights?

i wanted heine's but they are old style dovetail. :(

then i wanted novaks, but they only make a rear, cause kahr wont let them make the front...

im starting to get annoyed with this...

Lighten up man ;)

Take a close look at the thicknes (thinness) of the slide up forward. There simply isn't much there. No, you can't get laser grips either. It's just not a common gun... Not that common :cool:

There are some good options and there is always custom gunsmithing.

I've got Mepros on one and XS 24/7s on another. One is early slide, the other late...

(Be sure to know first what slide dove tails you have. There's a page on the Kahr site to describe it.)

plumbum2, you should be able to find something to fit your need...

Maybe a Glock... Oh, now I'm being mean huh (just kidding) ;)

You could check on having the dove tails re-cut. But man, it's thin up there in front...

ya, i know all about the differances ect. if anything i would machine the sights to fit the pistol, not the other way around.... its just screwy how they are dealing with it...
