can anyone identify this optics mount and or refer me to a site where it is available for purchase.

The mount on the picture is the Seidler mount. Do a search to find you best source.

at 1st glance it does appear to be the seidler mount however if you look closely the wearver on this mount does not extended forward and or to the rear of the mount. also this mount has the weaver directly ofer the center where as the seidler is offset.

I don't know who makes it but it's going to be tough lubing the front rails.

If you look close you see the name Seidler Austria on the side. The mount has been modified and assembled with the rail in the middle. The joint of the two parts is still visible.
