which rings to use?

I just ordered a Swift 676M 4-12x40 to use on a 10/22. I am trying to decide which rings to use with it, either the Leupold PRW or Burris Signature Zee rings. I assume I need the Medium rings with a 40? I'm also curious if Butler Creek Flip Caps will work with that scope and if so, which sizes. Thanks....

I have the Burris Signature rings with the plastic insert on the TC 22 Classic. Work fine and won't mar the scope. I also have the Burris Signature rings on a 2506 and they work fine.
