I picked up my NIB T40 today while in S. Florida for a business trip. It was a GB.com deal -- and a good one at that, $500 for the T40 with Novak night sites.
I took it to the range straight away -- with 250 rds of UMC 180 gr. I prefer the WWB, but the UMC was what the local Bass Pro Shop had in bulk. Bass Pro's range was out of service (indoor air issues, I'm told), so I went over to Guns & Knives a few miles away.
I ran through the 250 rds. for the factory recommended break-in period in one session. ZERO malfunctions (no FTEs or FTFs) and accuracy was excellent. The last couple of magazines through the gun failed to hold the slide back when empty. It occurred with both magazines, so I suspected cleaning would solve the problem.
After cleaning the gun in the hotel room, it seems to work fine now, but I'll know better after the next trip to the range.
The size and balance is great -- fitting my hand perfectly. This will defintely become an IWB companion for the PM40 I routinely carry in the right front pocket.

This is my second Kahr -- both have been flawless from the box -- I am definitely a happy and satisfied customer. ;f
