Trying to Locate a 1st cousin

Anyone know a fellow named Jose Antonio Yia? He's around 45-47 y/o about 5'10 or higher, stocky and been married once or twice? He used to live in the Mandaluyong area in Manila(sa labas, to some locals). I'm just curious about reaching him since his mother died a few years ago. Thanks.
