My G24 has a loose sight, inside the slide there is a small bolt head 1/8 -3/16 .It looks like a paper thin socket would work, up the bottom hole in the slide. WTF

You can use one of the various Glock Front Sight Tools or a thin-walled 3/16 nut driver such as the Sears Craftsman, Part # 41977.

Also, blue medium strength loctite on the screw and don't overtighten.
It is a 3/16" screw.

I got the glock tool from my armorer buddy. It wont go through the bottom slide hole.

I drilled it a bit over ,now it goes in ,but the nut has .020 side clearance the factory tool is too thick walled. the hex bolt head seems sub-surface. The sight is still loose.I need to grind up a nut driver paper thin.

I think it is worth ordering one from custom glock racing. They will fit into the narrow hole on longslides. I ground down a nut driver once and it split on me when I was trying to remove a sight.
