I am a sub-glock owner but I handled a G19 for the 1st time yesterday and I have to admit it felt nice in my hand. It doesn't seem as easy to conceal as the sub-Glocks but I am thinking about purchasing one for home defense and to use at the range.
I am such a Glock fan and after handling that G19 yesterday, my fandom has escalated a bit more.
Glocks rock & rule baby!!!;c ;f ;e

Did you try the G17? That was the one that fit me better. Give it a shot, you might like it.
The G19 is pretty darn easy to conceal.
I just got a 19C yesterday. The 19 feels like it was made for my hand, even the finger grooves which it seems most people don't like. I have a 17 as well (pre-grooves) and it feels totally different, feels way too big. Which is kinda weird since the 17's grip is not all that much bigger. Oh well, love my 19!!!

I've held the 17. Too big for me. I'm a small guy(5'9, 185, slim build.) It's hard for me to conceal the 19 or full-size Glocks. I can make a G26 practically invisible on my hip.

I'm pretty small too...heightwise. 5'9" and 200lbs. I guess I just have big hands. I can kind of conceal the G17 with the CTAC, but that's just standing still and standing straight up. If I move too much, it will print.
Not so with the G26.
I'm 5'9 175lber and the 19 is perfect for me. I will be taking the class for my ccw early next year so that may give me a reason for a new glock 26

I like my '19. I got the opportunity to handle a 26 when shopping, and I just couldnt "hold" it correctly. With the grip extender, its manageable, but my purchase was based on "I like to shoot, and concealment is secondary". I ended up with the '19 and its a better compromise for me, anyways. Lets face it, if the pistol doesnt fit you, there's no sense in buying it. You made the right call, wahtever you do.
I have the same thought, shootin first CC second but it has to fit or it will be harder to shoot well. I barrowed a freinds 17and 19 and liked the 19 so much went out and bought me a new one ;z
The 19 I barrowed was an earlyer generation and has no finger grooves, that felt pretty good but I think I like the finger groove little better.

I'm 6' 295lbs I have a 17 & 23 the 23 fist me best. I had 19 & 22. They were traded for a 17L and a 21 I've still got 4 different size glocks. The 26 was nice but just too small even with the grip extenders. The 23 just feels better in my hands. the 22,& 17 are OK but 19& 23 easier for carry. I have no problems with the 21 as my fingers are long and just wrap around it just fine. It would be a problem to carry. It seems like what ever I want to do, Glock has a pistol for it. Thanks Gaston.
