For a G20C: Trijicon, Meps, or Ghost Sights...Operators?

I know this is asked often, but my 10mm is compensated...does that make a difference? I've seen trijicons in action...nice...looks good in the woods at 5:30 in the morning. I seem to have trouble with using sights (sight alignment) and was wondering if a ghost sight woudl be better...or just yellow in the rear and green on the front?

What about a Doctor Optic or something like that? Optic 2000?

I have the J Point (udated optima 2000) with 7 inch dot on my Glock 20. Best move I made. I am 58 and have tri-focals and at arms length the sights a blurry. Can easily make 50 yard shots with the Red Dot.

Also, the J Point is usable under all light conditions, including extremely low light.
