I just got a new frong grip for my AR and I need to take apart the handguard part. I have seen nothing online, can anyone help?

Pull down on the delta ring and the handguards pull off. It about takes two people to get it done, they do sell a tool but I haven't used it. You could try cussing that seems to help too, good luck.

And stick your tongue out of the corner of your mouth too - my handguards never come off until I concentrate that hard! ;f

It's touchy, and yes, it does require a lot of strength to do, but consider trying to get the top half out first, and then, the bottom half. After one side comes ot, the other side comes out somewhat easier.
Or buy the tool... that's easiest.
"frong" is the french front ar handguard - goes FRONG sound when dropped during surrender

Its an Orange thing used for grabbing frogs. Kinda like a prong but orange, and ususlly used by the So. Fla. eatery owners/chefs when they need to replenish the frog legs bin.
