P90 help

I have a P90 that I got from my father. He shot it regularly, but not to extremes, he didn't clean it very much. When I got it I cleaned it WELL. I spent quite a while cleaning it inside and out until I was satisfied that it was perfectly clean. Well, finally got around to shooting it the other day, jammed on me 3 times in 100 rds. The slide didnt come all the way back after it was fired, it was forward about a 1/4 inch as I can figure. Same all 3 times, random times, not in order. I used WWB ammo 100 rd value pack, so wasnt extremely dirty ammo or anything... what gives? Worn out recoil spring?

i would try a recoil spring first the stock ruger spring is like 12#'s i think and pretty weak to begin with mine doesnt like to close the slide once it gets fairly dirty

Ruger's come with the lighter spring so they can cycle anything. Agree that the recoil spring needs replacing. When I had my P90, I put a Wolff 14# spring in it.
