IOR Valdada 1.1 - 4 X scope

I'm in the search for a low power variable optic from 1.X to 4-5 magnification. The IOR Valdada 1.1 - 4 X seems to fit the bill. Anybody have any first hand experience with them? Thanks, -Bret
